I can confirm also. It looks something related with cookies and http://dev.opennebula.org/issues/2034
I cannot use the same browser to use sunstone on "production" opennebula 3.8.3 and "testing" opennebula 4.0.0 or have open different tabs with different user logged on sunstone.
