Hi,
I take it that:
* user with id 10000 is oneadmin in the front-end
* there is a user oneadmin in the ESX with id 10000
* the credentials of the oneadmin ESX user are set in the
/etc/one/vmwarerc in the front-end
* this oneadmin ESX user is able to create file in
/var/lib/one/datastores/{0,1,100}
