The problem seems to be caused by deploy. After deploy the script gets the deploy_id of the newly created VM and is pushed back to OpenNebula daemon to be saved into the database. After that all the actions use that deploy_id.
I am not able to reproduce the error. Have you modified the VMM deploy script?
