Hello: I am considering using OpenSER to implement Bridged Line Appearance (BLA) with Busy Lamp Field (BLF) using Polycom phones. The challenge is that I have other phones which I would like to include in a BLA configuration. Does anyone on this list have documentation showing how the "pua_bla" capability works including methods used, protocol flow, phones supported, etc?
