Thanks for the response, Luke. I had done the selinux steps (and also
disabled selinux completely) during my testing. But the SupplementalGroups
link got to re-look at my NFS set up. Sadly, it was an obvious mistake
(well, at least once I saw it). I had exported the NFS mount with a typo'd
UID that didn't match the user in the container. Correcting that allowed
the elasticsearch container to start without issue. Thanks!
