We have a similar issue when some builds try to push an image to the registry. Same details for us (docker login works, LDAP auth, etc) except we are using docker 1.8.2. I have an open support ticket with Red Hat where we are starting to troubleshoot this so I unfortunately don’t have any other details to provide right now.
