Hello,
you may be hitting an issue #8010 [1].

Can you take a look at your registry log (oc log -n default
dc/docker-registry) and check whether it contains:
tcp: lookup <MASTER_HOST>: no such host?
If not, could you paste your registry log somewhere so I can take a look?
