You will need to create a user.

Ssh to the master and try


   1.

   cd /etc/origin/master
   2.

   Run command
   htpasswd -b /etc/origin/master/htpasswd <user> <password>
   3.

   The following requires the user has already logged in using ‘oc login -u
   system:admin’:
   oadm policy add-cluster-role-to-user cluster-admin <user>
