What might be wrong? What process runs the web console?

After a reboot of nodes and successfully reapplying the
playbooks/byo/config.yml playbook my cluster seems to be operating OK as
seen through the CLI but the web console does not respond. The page
header displays but the main content just displays "Loading..." and
never gets further. This is with Origin v3.6.0.
