Hello,
When trying to start openshift, we see this error:

/usr/bin/openshift start master api
--config=/etc/origin/master/master-config.yaml

10.1.0.12 for interface "eth0".
I0731 23:41:50.435557 4951 interface.go:371] Found active IP 10.1.0.12
I0731 23:41:50.435579 4951 cloudprovider.go:59] --external-hostname was not
specified. Trying to get it from the cloud provider.
F0731 23:41:51.995766 4951 start_api.go:67] error setting the external host
value: failed to get external host address from "azure" cloud provider: timed
out waiting for the condition

I don't want it to retrieve this hostname from cloud provider, is there a way
to override that lookup and specify it manually?
