I think this might be what you’re looking for?
https://github.com/openshift/openshift-ansible/tree/master/playbooks/openstack
It’s requires an existing openstack but will deploy all the nodes and resources
via ansible.

I had a read of

it doesn't appear to use Ansible for the OpenStack infrastructure
configuration, but rather it is done by hand.
Is there an equivalent of the AMI approach for OpenShift nodes, ie:
