At present, yes. In the same spirit as the skopeo discussion [1], I think
we can do a better job of documenting how to extend our Jenkins images [2].
Please feel free to open up a Github issue against openshift/origin (where
the docs live) or openshift/jenkins (where we define the slave images) if
there are particular things you would like to see documented.
