I was referring to the ansible installer (3.11). Yes, the registry is
rolled out again. But the registry is stll using EmptyDir. The /registry is
mounted on the host at /var/lib/origin. When put a file to /registry and
delete the pod, the new pod comes up with a clean /registry directory,
