If you are using mediaproxy for testing purposes you can copy the
files that are inside the tls directory that comes with the .tar.gz
file to /etc/mediaproxy/tls

I dont want to use it only for testing purpose, in that case do i
need to install it again ?
I used apt-get to install relay, dispatcher and web-sessions.

Hi Asim,
You don't need to reinstall. In the /usr/share/doc/mediaproxy-common/
tls dir are the sample files and a readme for making your own
certificates using tinyca
