You must add the SIP account in question to the Prepaid table in
CDRTool. For this use the Rating link.

There are others parameters to configure in order to enable a prepaid
customer? Where I can find details about Prepaid accounts and the use
of Prepaid cards? I've seen on the docs of CDRTool and call-control
but I haven't found nothing (or perhaps I haven't looked in the right
place...)
