I have recently upgraded to cdrtool version 6.7.8. Using the instruction for
testing the rating engine I have encountered this problem. I am wondering
what might I have misconfigured. Previously I was able to execute this
command and display the call computation. But right now it is only display
this:
Duration: 59 s
App: audio
Destination: 31650222333
Customer: domain=example.com
This is the error log on /var/log/messages
May 4 11:09:51 ws16 cdrtool[2251]: ShowPrice From=sip:[email protected]
To=sip:[email protected] Gateway=10.0.0.1 Duration=59
May 4 11:09:52 ws16 cdrtool[2251]: Error: Cannot find rates for callid=,
billing [email protected], customer domain=example.com,
gateway=10.0.0.1, destination=31650222333, profile=441, app=audio
If I substitute my sip users on the From and To values it only displays 0.
I have no idea on what might be causing this problem...
