Brett, I realy can't tell you for sure if those errors are related to
memory issues. But I can paste below a copy of a question I placed on
the list with a reply of Bogdan. Take a look at the shared memory
parameters (#define SHM_MEM_SIZE) on config.h prior to compiling.

the only thing you have to take care of is the shared memory usage -
for 500K rules you probably need more than 200M of shared mem only for
this.
Otherwise, I do not think it will be an issue.

stop/start one process hangs:

/var/run/opensips.pid -m 512
Which will eventually die in like 2-3 minutes.. but then I
have to delete /var/run/opensips.pid
Also, as of late, I'm getting the error that my dr_rules table
is empty, which it certainly isn't..This all seems to be related to
memory issues.. any ideas here??
