You could start first by reading about how SIP is designed to work here:

After you spend some time understand what SIP is and how it works,
then you will likely ask pertinent questions and people might be able
to really help you. Otherwise you will ask alien questions and even
good answers wil not satisfy you because you do not know the concepts
behind them.
