Hi Mehdi,

you need 2 things:
    1) fetching the password from ldap - use the ldap module to run a 
query against the ldap tree:
                   http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/ldap.html

    2) use the generic authentication mechanism (with passwords stored 
in a local variable (avp)) from the auth module:
                   http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/auth.html
                   http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/auth.html
