HI Leon,
Actually, it is only required if you are using your own machine as the mail server. I have already tested connecting to a gmail account with nothing installed in the server. Regards, Flavio E. Thanks Flavio, Reinstall jdbc connector did fix it. Another question, for the email configuration, is exim the only email program to be used? We have sendmail/mail on RHEL. Hi Leon, You seem to have a problem with the jdbc connector. Try installing it again. Check your db connection data in the file context.xml in the conf directory. Make sure that the tomcat server is really not loaded before restarting. Sometimes Tomcat stay in the memory for a a few minutes even after killing it. If you arrange remote access I can check for you. Flavio E. Goncalves OpenSIPS Bootcamp, April 19-23, San Francisco, USA 2010/4/8 Leon Li <> Thanks Flavio. I have been able to manually install tomcat 6 on RHEL 5 and tomcat default page was loaded fine. However, there is an error deploying sermyadmin.war. 08/04/2010 3:53:48 AM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext start SEVERE: Error listenerStart 08/04/2010 3:53:48 AM org.apache.catalina.core.StandardContext start SEVERE: Context [/sermyadmin] startup failed due to previous errors 08/04/2010 3:53:48 AM org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoader clearReferencesJdbc SEVERE: A web application registered the JBDC driver [com.mysql.jdbc.Driver] but failed to unregister it when the web application was stopped. Hi Leon, It should work, but I haven't tried. It is built using Java6. I was checking in the Netbeans IDE and I can generate it using Java5 (never tested) if it matters. In the development environment it actually runs using Jetty, Grails 1.05 and Netbeans 1.6.8. Let me know if you have any issues. Regards, Flavio E. Goncalves 2010/3/31 Leon Li <> Hi, Does SerMyAdmin only works with Tomcat6? How about Tomcat5?
