yes, you can set and advertised port and IP to be used (instead of the
actual listening IP:port). See:
advertise_address http://www.opensips.org/Resources/DocsCoreFcn16#toc24
advertise_port http://www.opensips.org/Resources/DocsCoreFcn16#toc25
