My plan is get incoming & make outgoing calls thru VOIP, for that in action we followed

Explanation of question in little more detail : Problem here is in making outgoing & getting incoming calls to regular landlines (PSTN) & cell phones thru SIP Server. One thing i understood is that DID is needed for incoming.
