Hello, @Inaki: it sounds to me like he does not route through both, but only one (maybe one of the servers is some failover node/Backup?)
And if he is registering on one server alone, it is working fine but not on the other one. If this is the case, then i would agree there should not be a difference at all. @Yaniv: Sorry, no nice idea yet, maybe you can make really sure it is the same version / config and i would do more testing / raising debug levels to see if there is any difference at all.
