seams to be an error with the documentation (just fixed it) - the
"rtpproxy_autobridge" param is not available in 1.6, but only in trunk.
This feature was not included in the official release as it includes
some code in the TM (transaction module) that needs to be rework (as the
feature was added by Maxim, the TM will do twice the DNS lookup, which
is not acceptable).

For some reason it doesn't look like this parameter exists in the
code, and more importantly, the nathelper callbacks functionality that
was added a few months ago. This causes an issue with multiple
rtpproxies usage when the rtpproxies are not on the same host as opensips.
Was this code meant to be contributed to 1.6.4 or left out on purpose?
