Small collection of incapabilities in the Subj processing:

2. is_user_in: You are using is_user_in function that is now obsolete.
If you want to use it with DB support, use db_is_user_in. If you want to
use it with AAA support, use aaa_is_user_in
Now the small hell with the database relocation. (why it would be
necessary to rename colons names in DB. Just misunderstand)
