Hey Anca, It has been a while but I just noticed that the Snom people replied to my post about this issue but I didn't get a notice about their post. Here is what they said
Hello, I don't think this is the problem. The phone starts sending the 'direction' tag as soon as the dialog is initialized (the second NOTIFY in your trace).
