Hello Saul, Thanks for the answer, I found and installed python-twisted-web2. I still get the same error, but this time maybe is on my side.

AFAIS Ubuntu does have a python-twisted-web2 package in the universe repository. You should be able to run OpenXCAP with no trouble once that is installed.
