My first guess is that the 180 somehow does no match the
transaction....If you can reproduce the case, could you run a call with
debug=6 and post the opensips log ?

A <- 180 Ring <- B (RR present with C ip) ???
C -> 200 OK -> B
A <- 200 OK <- B (no RR present)
