I removed the opensips database and re-created with opensipsdbctl and attempted
to re-add the gateway.
I can readd the gateway using opensipsctl but I cannot refresh the database. For
that I had to use osipsconsole.
I figured out the problem. For some reason, the opensips database was there, but
the tables were not. Must have had a wonky setup when I originally did the db
install.
Anyway thanks for the assistance..
