I'm using the Opensips 1.6.4, memcached module is not compiled by default you need to specify it during the make process.
I just fixed my problem, memcached module was looking for libmemcached in the /usr/lib directory, so i just create a symbolic link from original path /usr/local/lib/libmemcached* to /usr/lib/libmemcached* and it works properly.
