Please disregard. This was my issue
I had the following parameters set up
modparam("auth_db", "load_credentials", "$avp(55)=ha1")
###### The following is for RPID
modparam("auth_db", "load_credentials", "$avp(rpid)=rpid")
Looks like I will need to combine into one parameter.
