The OpenSIPS Virtual Machine is an image of VMware server - on how to

That VM does not provide LB functionalities - it is a residential /
end-user like platform.
If you want to see a LB script, better download the trunk version (1.8)
and do "make menuconfig" -> from there you can generate a config script
for a LB scenario.
