Hello,

The loop happens because the caller sends a bogus ACK. The R-URI contains your server's IP address, instead of the Contact URI from the 200 Ok. Either fix the caller's phone, or take a look at the validate_dialog() and fix_route_dialog() function from the dialog module.

        Hello,

Maybe the ACK is received malformed from the client. Post SIP
        traffic captures as well.

        HI,
the ACK is getting looped between the private IP and the
public ip . Even though i use "*mhomed=yes*", there is no
change. i even tried aliasing .It is the basic opensip script
. These are some of the logs when i received ACK

Again, the issue lies within your OpenSIPS server's
            configuration !!

Logs please !! put some extra xlog lines in readable
            format and attach.
did you forget to set the "*mhomed=yes*" directive in
            your opensips configurations ?

I have set-up my opensips server on a virtual
instance which has a public and a private ip and the
ACK is being looped between these two IP's. The same
is working fine if it is set up in my local machine.

                    Hi,

I'm facing the problem of ACK getting
looped back within the openSips server. can
any one please let me know where the problem
might be?

A very obvious answer to your email is, its in
your OpenSIPS server. most probably the
                    configurations.

Please provide at least few more lines of issue
before expecting any 100% accurate replies to
resolve your problem. Code snippets, opensips
logs, and SIP traces some time are very useful too !

                    Sammy Go.
