Hi,
I guess you want to wait 30 seconds for the call to be established ? if
so, look at the TM module, the fr_inv_timer module param (global
setting) or fr_inv_timer_avp
(http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.8.x/tm.html#id292819) for
per call setting.
