It seems that the osipsconsole was not updated to reflect the latest changes in the DB schema for the permission module.

Thanks for reporting this - could you open a ticket on the SF bug tracker ?

How to solve this?
If it is really a version related error, how to make sure mySql version is correct?

help greatly appreciated
