There is nothing special here - just install the required external
libraries (see
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.8.x/db_postgres.html#id249003),
compile the db_postgres module (
http://www.opensips.org/Resources/GettingStartedTut), and simply use the
DB URLs with postgres prefix .
