Sorry for that I cannot catch your idea. >From my experiment, when the RTP proxy is down, the SIP server will not received any notification and the associated calls remain ongoing. Such behavior is reasonable. However, I intend to provide a better service for users by terminating the calls and notifying them. Anything like the notification from an rtpproxy via notify_socket is what I need. Thanks in advance.
