Hello Khaled, If opensips is not responding to the BYEs is because of your config (for sequential requests) - you have to check were the BYE gets lost in your routing logic.
IF the BYE is lost, the dialog (from opensips perspective) is still ongoing and the dialog will be terminated due a timeout - this may explain the duration in CDR.
