Did you compile freeradius from source? If so, you will need to patch it and 
then recompile freeradius.
 
The patch can be found here: 
http://download.dns-hosting.info/CDRTool/contrib/freeradius-brandinger/
 


These are quite old patches, if the most recent patch isn't working for you, 
then you will need to go through the patching logic manually. It will involve 
editing the following files:


  - freeradius/src/include/radius.h

- freeradius/src/modules/rlm_sql/conf.h

- freeradius/src/modules/rlm_sql/rlm_sql.c

- the config file under freeradius's /etc directory

 
Look at the lines with the "+" lines in the patch file.

      It seem Unsupported Acct-Status-Type = 15,and I check my dictionary 
       VALUE Acct-Status-Type     Failed           15         # RFC2866, acc


      I'm sure there's a configuration step I've missed. Could anyone suggest 
some 
       other things to check?
