We didn't have debugging enabled at the time that we received these, but we have gotten a number of segfaults with OpenSIPS 1.9, and the syslog reported:

But figured I would put this out there while we do collect more information. For example, specifically what an "error 6" might point us toward as a source. Thanks in advance. -dg
