I have this working in this documentation ( http://opensips.com.br/wiki/index.php?title=Opensips_1.9 ) , you can see the opensips.cfg in the doc so you can compare with yours, this howto is in portugueses, and is completely based on script generation from opensips, i just add some extra information to use on dialplan
