Hello, Lack of audio typically means you are facing issues related to network topology - either net bridging, either NAT. If you have NAT, you need to use RTPproxy - to see if RTPP is properly inserted, check the SIP signaling to see if the "c" line in the SDP is changed to the address of the RTPP.
