Are you able to connect to the local Mysql DB using: modparam("usrloc", "db_url", "mysql://opensips:opensipsrw@ localhost/opensips")
use: mysql -popensipsrw -u opensips -D opensips We have to make sure the database exists first and that you are able to connect to it.
