In order to try to solve my multi-entry point problem to rabbitmq I put in a pair of Haproxy servers in front of the rabbitmq cluster and am running a virtual IP between them. I'm subscribing to the events in a startup route in opensips using the virtual IP and everything works great on initial startup. However, If I force the active haproxy offline and the virtual IP flips to the other host Opensips stops communicating with Rabbit. If I restart opensips it starts working again. I'm thinking that it has something do do with the channel being different but I'm not sure. I was hoping someone may have run in to this issue as well and solved it. If not I was hoping the devs might have an idea on what to do.
