Hello ,
A registrar server stores the registered contact URIs (the those URIs
are the one returned in the 200 OK).
The "+sip.instance" is not part of the contact URI - it is actually a
parameter of the Contact header, not a parameter of the Contact URI.
This is way it is not saved.
