Yes it is possible however, you need the two servers to listen on different SIP signalling ports (eg, OpenSIPS -> 5060, Asterisk 5080).
Please read Building Telephony Systems with OpenSIPS 1.6 <https://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0CCYQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.voip-sip.org%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2011%2F08%2FBuilding-Telephony-Systems-with-OpenSIPS-1.6.pdf&ei=S5bHVMayKYaWgwS25oOIDg&usg=AFQjCNHMWurqP1U8hpwN1ctrTV1jcq1n5g&sig2=UE-wunYIgC_MkrXhyeaQmg&bvm=bv.84349003,d.eXY> . It's available free online, will take you a few days to maybe 2 weeks to go through and implement (depending on proficiency) however, well worth the time in my opinion. There is also http://www.opensips.org/Documentation/Tutorials-OpenSIPSAsteriskIntegration Thank you come again, Nick.
