OK, I was passing the MI command via the CP interface and getting the errors there
it is working via the console [root@gl-sip-01 ~]# opensipsctl fifo dp_translate greenlight:11 01382843843 Output:: 441382843843 ATTRIBUTES:: [root@gl-sip-01 ~]# opensipsctl fifo dp_translate 11 01382843843 Output:: 441382843843 ATTRIBUTES:: I think I will stop using the CP.
