So, OpenSIPS receives the INVITE - do you see any OpenSIPS sending out
any reply (see logs or local traces on the OpenSIPS machine).

Hi Adnan,
OpenSIPS does support IPv6 (including version 1.9, which anyhow is
really, really old) - I'm quite sure it is a configuration issue on
your side.
Could you details what exactly is failing in your test ?
