Hello,

The 2.2.1 requires openssl only for the proto_tls modules. The core does not requires it.

For the proto_tls, you may try:

CROSS_COMPILE=yes LOCALBASE=/exprot/opensips/3rdpart/opensssl make modules modules=modules/proto_tls
