I'm trying to set up presence on OpenSIPS 2.2.2 I am successful in registering watchers with a subscribe, I can see them in the active_watchers table, but for some reason only some users will send a PUBLISH, I can't figure out why some users trigger the PUBLISH and some don't (even though they have watchers registered), what am I missing?
